Zara is our social butterfly and wants to make friends with anyone who walks through the door. She loves kids as much as she does adults and soaks up all the attention. Zara and our 4 year old son have had a special bond since we brought her home. She is incredibly patient and loves to follow him around interested in anything he is doing. Her favourite place is curled up on the couch on someone's lap. She also enjoys a good game of fetch and is obsessed with her collection of toys!

Millie is her mother's mini me. She is calm and loves to snuggle. Millie enjoys being with us or sitting in the sun on the deck. She is more dainty than her mom.

Beau is a feisty little guy but also loves snuggles and being the center of attention. He loves to cuddle and run around after the other dogs. He is amazing with our kids and so gentle and tolerant. 

Hazel is the perfect mix of sugar and spice. She is a petite little girl but has zero fear of anything. She is the first to alert of something unknown in the yard and likes to sit watch with our livestock guardian dog. Hazel seems to have an endless amount of energy. She and Zara have become very close and love to play any chance they can.

We called Smudge our protector because he was always on alert and usually right behind our big dogs protecting the property. He was our first Yorkie and stud and the beginning of Little Yorkies on the Prairie.

Smudge kept all the critters big and small in line and made sure that we were aware of anything that was out of place. He was very active and loved to run! When the weather was nice he preferred to spend most of his time outside exploring but when he was inside he'd usually be curled up in a basket of folded laundry.
