Combine all ingredients and mix on low until mixed. Make into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet. Flatten balls to 1/4 " using tines of fork. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden.
Makes approx. 20 cookies.
